International Event Services
The International Event Services (IES) team has developed and implemented strategic transportation plans for many major events over the past 20 years. During this period, IES has excelled in managing a wide array of challenging operations including the XXVIII Summer Olympics (Athens 2004), 2003 World Special Olympics (Dublin) and XIX Winter Olympics (Salt Lake City 2002).

Tom Halleran, President / CEO of IES, Inc., is recognized as an expert in the field of crowd management and public safety, with an emphasis on transportation. Beyond his extensive involvement with those events listed above, Tom served as both Associate Director of Transportation and Assistant VP for the XXIII Summer Olympic Games in (Los Angeles 1984).
