It is important that the vehicle license plate number you provide when making your online reservation is the same vehicle you park in the reserved parking area. If for some reason you must park a different vehicle in this area call 866-330-7275.You will be charged standard parking rates upon exiting the lot.

Is my permit refundable or returnable?
Unfortunately, no. All parking permits and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your event is canceled or rescheduled, we will be happy to contact you on how to proceed.

Can I use my confirmation page to enter the lot?
No. The confirmation email is simply a receipt for your records, reviewing your purchase. You must have your bar-coded ePermit to enter each parking facility.

What if I don't use my permit?
Unfortunately we cannot issue credits for unused permit or transfer your permit to another event.

How long will it take to receive my permit using the ePermit Print at Home option?
For most events you will receive a total of 3 emails. The first 2 emails, including your driving directions, will arrive immediately. Your permit will come as a file attachment in a 3rd email, which can take a few minutes to arrive. Please check your junk or spam mail folder for the attached file. Should you not receive any emails prior to the event, please contact our customer service center immediately at 866-330-PARK (7275) so that we may re-send your ePermit.

Where is my email with the ePermit attachment?
Sometimes our emails are diverted into a junk mail or spam folder. Since our barcoded permits are sent as a PDF file attachement, some email addresses may consider our email to be spam. To ensure timely receipt of your permit, please add support@clickandpark.com to your address book or check your spam or junk mail.

I require an accessible parking space. Can I still purchase a permit?
Yes. ADA parking is offered in all of our lots. You will need to display your state issued ADA hangtag or placard as well as your Click and Park permit. Since ADA regulations vary for each event, please call our customer service representative to ask about your specific event.

Can I re-sell my parking permit to another attendee?
While your permit is transferable to another customer, Click and Park supports the NFL's strict anti-scalping policy, which is in effect for all Super Bowl games. Any orders violating this policy will be subject to cancellation. Click and Park reserves the right to retain all service fees for refunds of this nature.

What are Click and Park's customer service hours?

I haven't received (or accidentally deleted) the email I need to print my Click and Park permit. What do I do?
Online Orders: No problem! Print your permit right now when you sign in to your Click and Park account: 1) Login at the top of www.clickandpark.com website using your email address and password. 2) Click "Orders". Select the order for which you would like to print your permit. 3) Click on "Download your Print at Home ePermit PDF".

Phone Orders: If you don't have the email with your PDF permit attached - or you have the email but the attachment isn't there - just click here and someone from customer service support will be happy to help!

What makes Click and Park different than other online parking reservation systems?
Beyond providing an online, pre-paid parking reservation service, our team works behind the scenes with event organizers and law enforcement to design & support a specialized traffic and parking management plan. This ensures that the customized route we provide to your parking lot is supported by the overall traffic management plan, resulting in a more efficient flow of event traffic.

Is tailgating allowed in my lot?
This is determined on an event or venue basis by the owner of the venue/property, not by Click and Park. See event parking details or contact the venue directly for more information.

How does Click and Park deliver a purchased parking permit?
This varies from event to event. Standard options include US postal service, 3 day service and overnight service, each priced separately. The majority of our permits are delivered via email for fastest service.

Is ClickandPark.com a secure site?
Yes. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your transaction. We also encrypt your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet, and store your financial information in encrypted form. Our customer service representatives are not given access to your credit card information so you will be asked to verify complete information upon each call. What methods of payment does Click and Park accept?
Click and Park accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express via our secure, online payment system.

What if the event for which I have purchased parking is rescheduled or canceled?
Event postponement and/or cancellation decisions are made by event management. If an event is postponed, parking permits typically will be honored at the rescheduled date and time. Canceled event refunds are provided per event management instruction. Please contact customer service at 866-330-PARK for specific information regarding your event.

Why can I only purchase a limited number of permits?
This policy reflects the weight limitation of each delivery method (in those instances where parking permits are shipped) and also discourages unfair parking permit buying and selling practices.

Are there different permits and costs associated with cars, RVs, buses, etc?
Yes. Each vehicle type has a unique permit type and associated cost. Car permits will not work for RVs , buses or vice versa.

Can I arrive anytime before or during the event and still be able to park?
Event and parking times vary. Please check your permit details to see when your selected parking lot opens. Your parking permit is valid through the end of the event, after which time the lot owner retains the right to re-sell your parking spot.

Is my parking space guaranteed?
Yes. Once purchased, your parking space will be waiting for your arrival. In case a parking lot becomes unusable due to inclement weather, Click and Park reserves the right to re-direct you to another parking lot.

I am an international customer. How do I purchase permits?

Is the Click and Park reservation system available for all events?
No. Click and Park's service is only available to those events or venues who choose to partner with the Click and Park system. Event or venue managers interested in using Click andPark may contact us or review our services on the client section of this website.

Why do I have to enter the number of passengers per vehicle, and what if that number changes?
Entering the number of passengers in your vehicle simply assists event organizers and traffic law enforcement with valuable statistical information. This is an approximate number and changing the number does not affect the validity of the permit.

Can I change my point of origin for my customized directions?
Yes. At the bottom of the email containing your customized directions, you will be able to change your starting address. You may also go into "My Orders" at ClickandPark.com, enter your account information and click on the green tab stating "Get your directions here." You may change your starting point there.

Why is a parking lot available today that wasn't posted yesterday?
Event or venue managers may designate which lots they would like to sell first in order to assist with traffic planning and effective staffing. As lots fill to capacity, our system will open additional lots.

What if I entered my personal information incorrectly?
Please call our customer service department at 866-330-PARK(7275) and a representative will gladly update your information. Representatives are available 24/7 to assist you. Orders already processed are not able to be re-routed.
